  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items that have been customized or personalized.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases of digital art.

This includes downloadable files such as:

  • Anime characters (PNG files)
  • Marvel characters (PNG files)
  • Watercolor clipart
  • Any other digital artwork available on Bigure.co

Once the digital files have been downloaded, the sale is considered final.

If you experience any issues with your digital download (such as file corruption or inability to access the files), please contact us at [email protected], and we will ensure that you receive a replacement file.


3. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for physical products such as printed tees and luxury wooden boxes if:

  • The product is the wrong size or has a manufacturing defect.
  • The exchange request is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item.

How to Exchange an Item

  2. We will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will send you the replacement item.
